Today I visited several employment service offices with outsourced system. Which of themany stories from the news media, that many complaints about service agenciesbecause it is like slavery. Where activities are often broadcast media protests against the policy of outsourcing.
Incidentally I am not quite understand the origin of these outsourced systems. What is certain business activities of this promising lucrative profits, by simply providing servicesto search and recruiting labor for later handed over to the users. Why is advantageous,because the provision or agreement between the service providers and clients in needof labor was based on a common desire.
With an outline, service providers only serves to locate, hire and fire workers, and thenreceive a service fee for these activities.
And the company benefited by not mess around with the activities of recruitment, training and severance payments when doing layoffs.
